Melsop Farm Park – Terms and Conditions of booking for theatre events

By booking any of our tickets for any of the Melsop Farm Park’s theatre events/shows you accept these terms and conditions.

-Melsop Farm Park is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is therefore only permitted in the designated areas.
-Visitors under the age of 12 years, must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Melsop Farm Park cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage to any personal property.
-All tickets on sale are subject to availability.
-By booking tickets, you warrant that all details you provide for the purpose of the booking are correct, that the credit/debit card you supply the details of is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the ticket price.
-Melsop Farm Park reserves the right to alter the performance/event due to circumstances beyond control, without notice and without having to refund money or change tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights.
-All ticket prices in print and online are subject to change at any time, so always check for the most up to date prices either online or via telephone.
-Within any performance, we cannot guarantee the appearance of any cast member at any performance.
-All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be sold/given away to a third party, but may be transferred to a different date, subject to availability.
-Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket. Defaced or altered tickets will not be valid.
-Subject to proof and the acceptance of Melsop Farm Park, lost tickets will be replaced free of charge.
-All bookings made within 7 days of the performance will be available for collection only.
-Melsop Farm Park does not accept responsibility for any mistakes made, therefore is the customers responsibility to check the date and time to the show as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
-We will endeavour to notify all customers of a performance cancellation with reasonable notice, however we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will always be informed before the date of the performance due to any circumstances beyond our control.
-If a performance is rescheduled, then any customers effected will be offered an equivalent ticket.
-If you cannot use tickets already paid for, Melsop Farm Park can exchange them for another performance (7 days’ notice is required).
-To exchange tickets for another date, the originals must be returned to Melsop Farm Park.
-All under twos are welcome to attend the shows/events, however are not offered a seat and therefore may need to share a seat with an adult.
-Due to health and safety, pushchairs are not allowed in the theatre.
